Yes, you can integrate with any website provider. Our snippets run in an iFrame, ensuring that your website speed remains unaffected.
Can I make changes once live?
Yes. You get access to the setup through your account and can add new products, make design changes or any other changes you would like.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
No, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, effective at the end of the month. If you cancel before going live, a one-time setup fee of EUR 600 will be invoiced.
Where can I see my monthly cost?
After signing up, you will receive your account login details. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your monthly costs directly in your account.
Do your plan prices include tax fees?
Skin Match Technology plans are exclusive of tax fees.
What kind of support do I receive with Skin Match Technology?
Our support includes personalized one-on-one onboarding with best practice tips from one of our expert project managers, comprehensive integration guidance, and full inventory onboarding.

We accept all major credit cards and you can enter or update your payment details on your account page at any time.

- 10% Discount: Available for yearly prepaid subscriptions.

Are there any additional charges?
Based on your requests, we may charge for special add-ons:
Custom Code: Billed at an hourly rate of EUR/CHF/USD 180.
Only applies for complex UX requirements and an offer will be shared before hand.
New Languages: A setup fee of EUR/CHF/USD 600 for any new language added to the Dashboard Languages.
